The PWSTS WW2 Memorial Plaque Service of Remembrance was held at the Holy Trinity Church Ingham at 11:00 hrs on Sunday 20th May 2007. 183 people attended the service. Click here to see who attended.

In 2005 we found the PWSTS WW2 Memorial Plaque hanging on the wall inside the British Sailors' Society Pub in Dover. Although a safe place, we thought it an inappropriate place for a war memorial. After several years of negotiations with the church and with permission of the British Sailors' Society the plaque was returned to Ingham where it was first unveiled after the war. The old school building is now a retirement home so the plaque was placed in the church which sits next to the old school building. PWSTS boys did attend the church and a member of staff is buried in the grounds.

If you visit the church please sign the PWSTS visitors book. Thank you once again to the lovely ladies of Ingham Village for making the day so special. Flowers are still replaced weekly underneath the plaque.
