Falcon 1970 Sept to Dec Joined first ship on 26 Dec as engine room boy, on the BP tanker British Star.

The last vessel that I sailed on was the Sudong Spirit which was owned by TeeKay Shipping. That was March 1999 and the end of my life at sea. I had been Chief Engineer for several years and worked for many different companies, but always oil tankers.

In 2000 I joined First Great Western as a rolling stock technician where I worked till I retired on the 1 August this year.
