KENUTA (2) was
built in 1950 by Greenock Dockyard Co. at Greenock with a tonnage of
8494grt, a length of 512ft 7in, a beam of 66ft 4in and a service
speed of 16 knots. She was originally laid down for Clan Line but,
together with the Flamenco, was purchased on the stocks in August
1950. After 21 years service with the company she was towed by the
tug Mumbles to Antwerp where she was broken up. |
