Can anyone help with this photo?

At the helm is Gordon Robert (Bob) Soames

'My name is Jan Will and in the below photo my husband, Donald Stewart Will (known as Stewart), is fourth from the left.
 He was at PWSTS in 1954. Hope this helps identify the year for this photo. Don remembers Bob Soames as they sailed
 together after leaving PWSTS but at this stage he is unable to identify any other people in the photo.
