Country. Guernsey, Channel Isles. Signed on the "Shaw Savill ship Runic" February 10th. 1958. Shaw Savill & Albion, otherwise known as "Sure Starvation & Agony" Started as Deck Boy, and on to Able Seaman. Did the usual, Tramp Steamers, Tankers, Freighters. Avoided Passenger Ships. They wanted the Sailors to Dress-Up like Marionette Sailors. Yuk. Left the sea in mid 1964, and on to other glories.

Presently living in Daylesford. Victoria. Australia. Now 64 years old, but still kicking wildly.
