The Mayor, Councillor Dr. P.D.Richards, is in the front row. My father (on the right, wearing glasses) is hovering
 in between the dignitaries and the sailors. My mother (in a comfortable chair) is just to the left of him.
 Capt. T Jones was, at this time, Chairman of the Committee. I was the regular projectionist (this would have been
 when I was about 15-17) and can be seen as the chubby young man beside the projector at the back at the back.
